Confirm with the day-of-vendors (1 week prior to the wedding)
Attendance at & coordination of the rehearsal

Pre-Ceremony Coordination (2 hours prior)
Distribute flowers to the wedding party, family members, & special guests
Assist in reception coordination & timing (2 hours)
Travel up to 50 miles
Additional travel subject to additional fees
Access to the assigned coordinator via phone & email for brief questions during normal business hours

Up to 4 in-person/virtual meetings prior to rehearsal
One of which at the venue, approximately 1 week prior to the wedding for 1 hour
Collaboration with vendors, including contract review and negotiation
RSVP assistance
Attendance at & coordination of the rehearsal
1.5 hours at the venue
Pre-Ceremony Coordination (2 hours prior)
Distribute flowers to the wedding party, family members, & special guests
Ensure payment of vendor tips and balances
Assist in reception coordination & timing (2 hours)
Travel up to 100 miles
